32 days per year. The annual leave allowance is 20 days holiday, plus 3 days between Christmas and New Year and bank holidays and an extra day for your birthday.
But every 5 years you can have a paid 4 week sabbatical to do whatever you like from travelling the world or learning a new skill to simply chilling out at home. This is our way of saying a big thank you for those people's commitment to mxData.
We believe that planning for your retirement is important. That's why we offer employees the option to join the company's pension scheme to provide them with an income when they are no longer earning a regular income from employment. The company matches employees contributions up to 3%.
This plan has been designed to provide benefits for your dependants in the event of your death before you reach retirement age. If you die before you reach your normal retirement age your dependents will receive a lump sum of 4 times your basic annual salary.
The Long Term Disability Plan gives all employees security in
the event of ill health. The plan will provide a benefit of 50% of
your earnings in the event that you are unable to work due to ill
health. The benefit will commence after the first 26 weeks absence
and will be paid until you return to work, or your normal
retirement date if later.

Everyone gets a day off for their birthday and a birthday card.
We offer a 4 week paid sabbatical for all employees after every five years of service with us. This is our way of saying a big thank you for those people's commitment to mxData.
