The Graduate Scheme offers exciting opportunities to graduates and mxData. The scheme enables us to develop our talent pipeline for the future by bringing in new talent and innovative thinking. The focus of the program is on developing graduates through a 12 months scheme.

The Graduate Scheme proactively attracts graduate talent from well-recognised universities into mxData in order to:

• acquire skills and capabilities needed by the business
• engage, develop and retain high-potential talent for future leadership roles

Our goal is to help graduates evolve quickly and smoothly into fully participating and effective members of the company and working on key projects. Graduates will also get development through:

• e-Learning
• Mentoring
• Recognised Certification

You won't feel like a new starter for very long at all as we're growing steadily. You'll have a new starter buddy to help you settle in and you'll soon feel like part of the team.

We're looking for creative, talented, and highly motivated people who:

• Are recent university graduates
• Have excellent academic records and qualifications
• Have relevant technical competence
